We look forward to helping you complete the Return- To- Duty process in the fastest most affordable way possible! When a drug test does not go as planned we are committed to helping you get back on track with our SAP Evaluations.
Simply fill out the following information and someone will contact you to get you scheduled and on your way quick and easy.
We provide online evaluations making it quick and painless. Call our office at 713-568-9506 Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm with any questions.
What does it cost? For only $450 you will have your evaluation, treatment plan, and follow up appointment, and your SAP Report that will be sent to your employer. *$125 of the original cost is non refundable No Hidden Fees!
Process
Don’t be confused by meeting DOT rules, let us help make it simple and easy!
Initial Evaluation: The SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) conducts a face-to-face assessment with the employee over Google Meet. This virtual meeting allows the SAP to gather detailed information about the employee’s substance history, evaluate any related issues, and assess their readiness and ability to return to safety-sensitive duties.
Recommended Treatment Plan and/or Education:
Based on the assessment findings, the SAP recommends a personalized plan of treatment and/or education for the employee. This plan is designed to address the employee’s substance abuse issues effectively and to meet DOT regulatory requirements for return-to-duty.
Send Assessment and Recommendations to your employer: A detailed report is then sent to your employer outlining the recommendations for treatment and/or education. This report will include specific goals that must be met as part of the employee's return to duty process to ensure compliance with DOT Regulations.
Follow Up Appointment: Through the treatment and education plan, the SAP monitors the employee’s progress. This includes conducting follow-up evaluations to verify completion of the recommended program and assessing its effectiveness. The face-to-face follow-up evaluation ensures that the employee has successfully completed the requirements and is prepared to safely resume their safety-sensitive duties.

How long does the program take?
This varies on a case by case basis. Your recommendations are specific to you and based on the severity of the violation.
How are the virtual evaluations conducted?
Your virtual evaluation will be held on line through a Google meet Link. Your link will be sent to you via email with your designated date and time of your appointment. Please make sure you are in a private location and your device has a working camera and microphone.
What happens during your evaluation?
During your evaluation you will meet with a SAP professional and review your past and current substance abuse use. The SAP professional will then collect information and formulate a treatment plan specific for you. Once your evaluation is complete a report will be sent to your employer outlining the recommended treatment plan and your return to work program.
